About to start on my x3 and was looking for some video details on the dpf extraction, Thanks for the detailed camerawork. A couple of points.. Mr muscle will remove the soot build up but you need also brick patio cleaner at a 4:1 dilution to loosen and get rid of the ash buildup. Rinse with low pressure not high pressure water or you will damage the internals for sure,. Finally and most importantly, you need to reset the dpf using software tool like bimmertool to let the system know you have a new dpf. It resets the adaptations and also the countdown mileage back to140000 miles. If you don't you will get a car will stop reminder as it approaches 140000 miles.

good clear video, very helpful. the only thing i would do differently is replace the oil filter before draining the sump as she holds about 1/2 litre of oil in the filter housing that only drains down to the sump when you unscrew the top of the filter housing. but great video nonetheless, thank you!

To be honest mate you seem to have wasted a lot of water to fix the problem. I would have turned the water off at the mains before starting the job.

Did you ever change a injector on a Hyundai like this? If yes, may you could tell me which injector nut you was using and does it worked properly? I would be really curious about it. ☺️

Is the error code for you showing that its P1887?

Didn't clean up hardware or calipers, no copperslip or brake anti squeal paste and nearly butchered the sensors. apart from that Great job

This is a 1984 Opel Kadett E GSI and it was originaly build in germany, vauxhall is the britischen Opel and in germany It's only Opel with the lightning as logo, I don't know why they name it vauxhall in the u.k, Here in germany I like my Opel astra bj. 1992 it was one of the first Opel Astra and I'm proud of it

nice video, ive recently changed the cabin filter on my corsa, but I didn’t remove the glove box because you can access it from underneath the glove box anyway, although I did have to go upside down to see what I was doing

My dad had a morris cowley in exactly the same colour scheme. A smaller engine, less gauges and chrome but basically the same. I had my first driving lesson in it, circa 1973. The only problem I had with it was the clutch pedal coming out of the floor, it was very uncomfortable to use. But happy memories.
